Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families

People seek therapy for many reasons—whether navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional stress, or the impact of health concerns.

As a Medical Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of needs, with a specialization in supporting those affected by cancer, chronic illness, and complex medical conditions.

When health challenges are part of your experience, they can affect far more than the body—often impacting emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of identity. Therapy offers a space to process these changes, feel supported, and reconnect with a sense of stability and meaning.

Whether you are facing a medical diagnosis or navigating other life concerns, therapy can provide clarity, support, and meaningful direction forward.

Free 20-Minute Consultation

If you’re considering therapy, I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation.

This is an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit—without pressure or obligation.
