Teletherapy Services
Secure, HIPAA-Compliant Care
Telehealth sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (Zoom) to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Virtual therapy allows you to access care from the comfort of your home and can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or health-related concerns.
Getting Started
Before beginning Telehealth services, we will complete an initial assessment to ensure that virtual therapy is a good fit for your needs.
For safety purposes, patients must also have access to a nearby hospital or emergency services in the event of a mental health or medical emergency.
Important Considerations
While Telehealth is effective and widely used, there are a few things to keep in mind:
A private, quiet space is important to support confidentiality
Occasional technology or internet disruptions may occur
While every effort is made to protect your information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security
Telehealth may not be appropriate in certain situations, such as during acute crises or when a higher level of care is needed
