Teletherapy Services

Secure, HIPAA-Compliant Care

Telehealth sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (Zoom) to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

Virtual therapy allows you to access care from the comfort of your home and can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or health-related concerns.

Getting Started

Before beginning Telehealth services, we will complete an initial assessment to ensure that virtual therapy is a good fit for your needs.

For safety purposes, patients must also have access to a nearby hospital or emergency services in the event of a mental health or medical emergency.

Important Considerations

While Telehealth is effective and widely used, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • A private, quiet space is important to support confidentiality

  • Occasional technology or internet disruptions may occur

  • While every effort is made to protect your information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security

  • Telehealth may not be appropriate in certain situations, such as during acute crises or when a higher level of care is needed

Consent

All patients are required to review and sign a Telehealth Consent Form prior to beginning virtual sessions.

A Collaborative Approach

Together, we will determine whether Telehealth is the most appropriate and supportive option for your care, and adjust as needed to ensure your safety and well-being.
