How I Help People Like You

Many of the individuals I work with are living with chronic illness, cancer, or invisible disabilities.

Often, they come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or alone—especially after experiences of being dismissed or misunderstood in medical settings.

In our work together, I offer a space where you can slow down, be heard, and not have to explain or justify what you’re going through.

I draw from Narrative Therapy and Medical Family Therapy, which means we take time to understand your story—not just your symptoms.

Together, we explore how illness has affected your identity, relationships, and sense of self, while also making space for grief, resilience, and meaning.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point.

You are invited to speak freely, to be listened to deeply, and to be met with care—without judgment.

For those who desire it, I also offer space to explore faith and meaning as part of the healing process.

You are more than a diagnosis.
And your experience deserves to be taken seriously.
